Dying without a trust is a bad idea!

Chadwick Boseman died without a will according to the Los Angeles Times. Now, his wife and

parents will split his estate. Who knows if that is what he wanted? Maybe he wanted his

parents to receive everything or his wife. That is the problem. If you die without a proper

estate plan (commonly referred to as a living trust), the state through its probate process will

divide your assets between your heirs at law, after taking their piece of the pie of course.
